The university, which stems from the historical depth must be distinct and works for a scientific and cultural creativity that is - Diyala University - which its name gave to it a great responsibility where had to be understand its historical extended to maintain it historical heritage with all what is creative , modern and on the other hand Has to cope with all the developments in the world and changed it into a small village.

- Forming a committee which receives the student during apical period for being registered in the college according to the university instruction \studies and planning directorat 

-Making posters which explains registration demands ,and the students should try to meet this demands in one-day period

-Receiving the new students in the college and giving them special forms  just for new students regestration                   

-Issuing a fundamentalist identity card for the new students

-Providing the students with advocation books addressed to the students inter-departments which enables the aloof inhabitant students to dwell in these inter-departments
