The university, which stems from the historical depth must be distinct and works for a scientific and cultural creativity that is - Diyala University - which its name gave to it a great responsibility where had to be understand its historical extended to maintain it historical heritage with all what is creative , modern and on the other hand Has to cope with all the developments in the world and changed it into a small village.

The student will study diagnosis material, Infections-common diseases and veterinary practicing in the forth year. In the fifth year will study internal medicine and veterinary practicing.  Also there is teaching and supervision for the higher studies students to getting the Master and Doctoral degree in field of Veterinary Internal Medicine.
