The university, which stems from the historical depth must be distinct and works for a scientific and cultural creativity that is - Diyala University - which its name gave to it a great responsibility where had to be understand its historical extended to maintain it historical heritage with all what is creative , modern and on the other hand Has to cope with all the developments in the world and changed it into a small village.

 		 The philosophical basis  for preparing the teacher in the basic education spring from the contemporary life requirements the challenges that might face education and growth of children Gnostic  , fleshly .spiritually under the effect of changeable environment elements and technological revolution and communication facilities which invaded the traditional school and it effect on the growing students the process of preparing the teacher along four years depends on recent methods of teaching and education technology and the class interaction skill.
