The university, which stems from the historical depth must be distinct and works for a scientific and cultural creativity that is - Diyala University - which its name gave to it a great responsibility where had to be understand its historical extended to maintain it historical heritage with all what is creative , modern and on the other hand Has to cope with all the developments in the world and changed it into a small village.

 The studying system :

The college relies on the quarterly system  which suggests eight courses through out four years grading to the curriculum             system , the program begins common at the first year the starts speciazling according to the scientific department at the second year an so on until the eighth course which is defined for practical and applying education
