The university, which stems from the historical depth must be distinct and works for a scientific and cultural creativity that is - Diyala University - which its name gave to it a great responsibility where had to be understand its historical extended to maintain it historical heritage with all what is creative , modern and on the other hand Has to cope with all the developments in the world and changed it into a small village.

Diyala university is a source of the knowledge and intellectual radiation . we looking for being on top by the help of the all in spite of the dangerous fails that it happened during the last years as a result to the dad security situation which covered all the governorate destines but it just like the roc bird it rising , extended and rooted till it become a symbol imitated by it on all the levels .

And we during the successes and great scientific march that fulfilled we offered our thank and obliged to all whom stand , support us and share in university progress .we concerning with mention the ministry of higher education and scientific research representive by character of the minister Mr. abid – diyab al egealy who adhere to following the university and stand on working progress on the ground then he crown that by his last visit and wandering between corridors and solve a lot of problems and obstructions which stand in its renaissance way and also we concerning with regard diyala governor Mr. raad hamid al-mula jawad who is always adhere to offered all things which it help to everlasting the scientific march for the university and sharing with him the president of the governorate committee and the member of this committee …..

In the end we assures the promise which we cut on our self that this university will be a higher scientific building .
